(Proverbs 3:13-14 NKJV) Happy is the man who finds wisdom, And the man who gains understanding; {14} For her proceeds are better than the profits of silver, And her gain than fine gold.
Wisdom; It’s something that isn’t attainable unless we take the time to and are willing to learn.
It’s not easily gained, but requires time, patience, effort and in the lives of many people, it takes tests, trials and tough times to gain wisdom.
God will also put people in our lives who can share wisdom with us. This is usually very valuable because these people who have walked through tests and trials in their own lives can share their experiences and what they’ve learned, saving us the trouble of having to learn things the hard way.
And God places a high value on wisdom. Look at what He says in this scripture:
(Proverbs 10:21 NKJV) The lips of the righteous feed many, But fools die for lack of wisdom.
So don’t shun wisdom and the things that you have to go through to gain it. And if God places a person or people in your life who can share wisdom with you, gobble it up!
