Psalm 98:4 (NKJV) 4 Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth; Break forth in song, rejoice, and sing praises.
Just the other day while driving down the road, I had this overwhelming feeling come over me as to how good God is. Have you ever had that feeling?
You are not thinking about anything in particular, just in the midst of whatever you are doing at that moment, and then bam…it hits you right there!
It was one of the most exciting feelings I have ever felt. Almost surreal. I can’ t even put it in words.
But, when it happens, everything in me wants to shout out with joy!
It’s actually good it happens in the car, since it’s just me and God and I can sing or shout as loud as I want!
The Lord’s love for us alone should make us want to shout every day.
I realize that God puts up with a lot from me. I can be very stubborn, selfish, annoying and so much more at times. But He still is there when I need Him.
Most people would run away saying, ”forget it, they are too much work for me to handle”.
But the Lord, He loves us in spite of our silliness and folly.
Can we give Him a shout out from our hearts today and praise Him? He is good!
